HangVidU provides a peer-to-peer video calling and shared experience platform. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

HangVidU is not responsible for the content transmitted by users during calls. As a peer-to-peer service, we do not control or monitor the video/audio content generated by users.

We make no warranties regarding the reliability, stability, or quality of the connection.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
